High Pressure Discharge Manifolds
The high pressure discharge manifolds,including swivel joints,plug valves,elbows,unions and pressure gauge,connect the discharge ports of fluid end of one or two pumps to wellhead cementing man ent tank.
Overpressure Protection Device
The fluid end of plunger pump is fitted with a safety valve whose preset value is maximum pressure of pump,when actual pressure exceeds the preset value,the safety valve will automatically open to release pressure.After pressure is less than the preset value,it will close.
Electric Sensor Overpressure Shutdown Device
A pressure gauge will measure the pressure in the pipeline.When the measured pressure displayed in a computer exceeds the preset value,the computer will send an instruction to make engine idle,and then pluger pump will stop.
